LSI will refund enrollment and training fees under the following conditions:

• If we receive written notice of cancellation within 10 days from the date an applicant signs enrollment agreement and makes the initial payment, LSI will refund, in full, all money paid.

• If an applicant is not accepted into LSI's Training Program, we will also refund, in full, all money paid.

• If we receive written notice of cancellation more than 10 days from the date an applicant signs enrollment agreement, but before the course begins, LSI will refund all money.

• Once a course begins and a student cancels or is dismissed, refunds will be make in accordance with the following terms:

•• The official time of termination will be the last full hour of actual class attendance.

•• If less than 25% of the course is completed, the student will be refunded all money except $100 and 10% of the course contract price.

•• If more than 25% of the course is completed, but less than 50%, the student will be refunded all money except $100 and 50% of the course contract price.

•• No refunds will be made when 50% or more of the course has been completed.

• NO SHOW POLICY
If we do not receive written notification of cancellation within 10 days prior to the start of the resident course, LSI reserves the right to keep the deposit.

Commonwealth of Kentucky Consumer's Right of Cancellation

• You may cancel enrollment contract without penalty or obligation within 10 business days from the date you signed the contract.

• You may also cancel enrollment contract if upon a doctor's order you cannot physically receive the services, or you may cancel the enrollment contract if the services cease to be offered as stated in the enrollment contract. If you cancel the enrollment contract for either of these reasons, Lockmasters Security Institute may keep only a portion of the of the tuition or enrollment contract price.

• You may notify LSI of your intent to cancel by notice to: Lockmasters Security Institute, 1014 South Main Street, Nicholasville, KY 40356.

• You may also cancel at any other time and qualify for a refund in accordance with the refund policy by giving signed and written notice to:

• Lockmasters Security Institute reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. You will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
